① 測定データを入力する

① Enter Measurement Data

「測定データ」欄に数値を入力します。カンマ・改行・スペースのいずれでも区切れます（例: 10.2, 10.5, 9.8）。最低2件以上のデータが必要です。データは10,000件まで入力できます。

Enter your measurement values in the "Measurement Data" field. Values can be separated by commas, line breaks, or spaces. At least 2 data points are required. You can enter up to 10,000 values.

② USL・LSL・目標値・タイトルを入力する

② Enter Spec Limits and Title

• USL（上限規格値）・LSL（下限規格値）は必須入力です。USLはLSLより大きい値にしてください。
• 目標値・グラフタイトルは任意です。目標値を入力するとCpm（目標値を考慮した工程能力指数）が計算されます。タイトルを空欄にすると既定名になります（既定は "Process Capability Index"）。グラフタイトルは40文字までです。

• USL and LSL are required (USL must be greater than LSL).
• Target and Chart Title are optional — entering a target also calculates Cpm. Leaving the title blank uses the default name (default: "Process Capability Index"). The chart title is up to 40 characters.

③ グラフの基準線の表示を切り替える（任意）

「正規分布カーブ」「USL」「LSL」「目標値」はそれぞれ個別にチェックを外すことができます（既定はすべてオン）。オフにした線は、グラフ上の線と、線の上に表示されるラベル（名称のみ、例：「USL」）の両方が非表示になります。

「グラフに統計量を表示（n・StDev・Pp・Ppk）」のチェックを外すと、グラフ右上の統計量の枠が非表示になります（既定はオン）。この設定は画面のグラフ・グラフ画像の保存・Excel出力のすべてに反映されます。

"Normal Curve", "USL", "LSL", and "Target" can each be unchecked independently (all on by default). Turning one off hides both the line itself and its on-chart label (name only, e.g., "USL").

Unchecking "Show statistics on chart (n, StDev, Pp, Ppk)" hides the statistics box in the top-right of the chart (on by default). This applies to the on-screen chart, the saved image, and the Excel export.

④ 「計算する」を押す

ヒストグラム（＋基準線を表示する設定の場合は正規分布カーブ）と、Pp / PPL / PPU / Ppk / Cpm などの計算結果が表示されます。グラフの右上には、n・StDev・Pp・Ppkの統計量が枠付きで表示されます（非表示にもできます）。

A histogram (with a normal distribution curve, if reference lines are enabled) and the calculated indices (Pp, PPL, PPU, Ppk, Cpm) are displayed. A statistics box — n, StDev, Pp, and Ppk — is shown in the top-right of the chart (it can be hidden).

⑤ 内容を変更したら、必ず「計算する」を押し直してください

このツールは自動更新されません。測定データ・USL/LSL・目標値・タイトル・基準線の表示・統計量の表示のいずれを変更した場合も、下の「計算する」を押すまで結果には反映されません。データを直しただけの場合も、表示設定だけ変えた場合も同様です。

This tool does not update automatically. If you change any of the measurement data, USL/LSL, target, title, reference line display, or statistics display, the results and chart on screen will not update until you press "Calculate" again — whether you only edited the data or only changed a display setting.

⑥ 結果を保存する

• グラフ画像を保存：表示中のグラフをPNG画像としてダウンロードします。
• Excel出力：入力データ・計算結果・グラフ画像を1つのExcelファイル（3シート構成）としてダウンロードします。
• CSV出力：入力データ・計算結果をCSVファイルとしてダウンロードします（グラフ画像は含まれません）。
• タイトルを入力している場合、グラフ画像（PNG）・Excel・CSVのファイル名はそのタイトル名になります（ファイル名に使えない記号は「_」に置き換わります）。空欄、または既定タイトル（"Process Capability Index"）と同じ場合は、Excel・CSVは "cpk_result"、PNGは "cpk_chart" になります。

• Save Chart Image downloads the graph as a PNG.
• Export Excel downloads the input data, results, and chart in one file (3 sheets).
• Export CSV downloads the data and results without the chart image.
• If a chart title is entered, it is used as the file name for the chart image (PNG), Excel, and CSV. (Characters not allowed in file names are replaced with "_".) If the title is blank or the same as the default title ("Process Capability Index"), the files are named "cpk_result" (Excel/CSV) and "cpk_chart" (PNG).

⑦ Excel/CSVから読み込む（インポート）

⑦ Import from Excel or CSV

本ツールから出力したExcel(.xlsx)またはCSV(.csv)ファイルをページ上部の「Excel / CSVから読み込む」から選択すると、測定データ・USL・LSL・目標値・グラフタイトルが復元され、計算結果とグラフが表示されます。グラフの表示設定（正規分布カーブ・USL・LSL・目標値の線、統計量の表示）はファイルに保存されないため、読み込み後はすべて既定のオンに戻ります。過去の測定結果を見返したいときや、他のPCで作業を続けたいときに便利です（アップロードは最大10MBまで）。データが10,000件を超えるファイルは読み込めません。

Select an .xlsx or .csv file previously exported from this tool under "Import from Excel or CSV" at the top of the page to restore its measurement data, USL, LSL, target, and chart title; the results and chart are then shown. The chart display settings (the normal curve, the USL/LSL/Target lines, and the statistics display) are not saved in the file, so they all return to their default (on) after importing (max upload size: 10MB). Files with more than 10,000 values cannot be imported.

• 測定データだけクリア：測定データ欄のみを空にします（USL/LSL/目標値/タイトルはそのまま）。
• 全体クリア：すべての入力内容をリセットします。

• Clear Data Only empties just the measurement data field (USL/LSL, target, and title are kept).
• Clear All resets every input.

⑨ データの取り扱いについて

入力・アップロードしたデータは、計算とグラフ作成のためにだけ処理され、サーバーに保存されません（通信はCloudflareを経由します。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください）。機密情報を含むデータは入力せず、品名・顧客名などは除くか記号に置き換えてご利用ください。

Data you enter or upload is processed only to perform calculations and create charts, and is not stored on the server (traffic passes through Cloudflare; see the Privacy Policy for details). Please do not enter confidential information; remove product or customer names or replace them with generic labels.
